What is Past Life Healing Regression?

Does a past life influence our present everyday lives? Do you sometimes wonder where a certain habit, fear or other unusual behaviour comes from? Why do we think we have been somewhere before? Perhaps we have!

Past life regression is a trip into your own past lives, unlocking doors in your mind that open other worlds, worlds that were yours in another time. This gentle meditative state will allow you to steer your way on a fascinating, sometimes quite emotional, trip into other lives you have lived.

The very act of going back into the past, begins a process of healing, a relaxing and letting go into this present life.  By experiencing past emotions rather than resisting them, you can begin to release blockages: What you resist persists. 

What is ESSENTIAL is that you come with an open mind, the situation you are experiencing now may seem to have a completely different root cause in your subconscious.  You may even experience revelations where you may have been in a situation that caused pain to others, but in experiencing these situations you can change things and alter the situation in your subconscious mind that affects how you are today in a positive way.

You won’t fall asleep and will remain in control and fully aware of what is happening. It is a perfectly safe, natural state of mind, similar to daydreaming.

Sometimes we bring the effects of a traumatic experience into this life from previous times, which may result in irrational fears, phobias or behaviour. Under regression, these issues can be looked at experienced and turned round so that they may no longer have a negative effect.

Your journey into the past can be a turning point as you experience past memories.  Your decision to heal past emotions, events from long ago, which may include forgiving those that have hurt you or forgiving yourself for hurting others, changing long held mindset patterns, or just wanting to experience yourself in other situations in other lands.

Each person is different and will experience different things.  Some people have the ability to see a past event as in a movie but most people experience feelings and may not see much at all. It is your intention that matters and your willingness to keep an open mind that can result in the changes you desire.


Examples of Past Life Experiences

A client had recurring migraines and wanted to see if she could do anything to stop them occurring so frequently.  She went back in time to experience life in an Indian Village where she felt she had caused the death of someone by hitting them in the head with a rock, she went back and changed the situation leading up to the action and after healing the situation she reported back some time later saying that her migraines were very much less intense and they occurred far less frequently now.

Another client had a very severe fear of thunderstorms, so much so that she would shut herself in a cupboard or try to squash under the bed.  She regressed back to a time of war with damaged buildings and fires, by experiencing these conditions and healing the situation she became fearless in storms and instead of being afraid, became fascinated and intrigued by them.

Another wanted to re-experience a really happy lifetime she felt she had had, one where she had met her ‘soul-mate’ and to reconnect with that energy, to spend some time in that space with that person.


Frequently Asked Questions

Is my past life real?

  • There are numerous documented reports of accurate details of past lives that have been validated through historical research.  But obviously there are millions more that have gone unrecorded making those impossible to prove.

Am I making it up?

  • It isn’t important if those images you perceive during your regression are true or not, it is what your subconscious believes to be true – that is the important thing, that is where the healing of the past can begin, by working with those beliefs – healing old wounds, releasing self-limiting beliefs, forgiving past transgressions.
